Purpose:
This form package is required only for LEAs that have FY 2018 Title II, Part A and/or Title IV, Part A carryover funds in which the district utilized REAP Alternative Fund Use Authority and applied for a waiver to extend the availability period of these funds until September 30, 2021, as outlined in Bulletin 032-20 ES.
